This course would typically be a 2 day module which considers the practical application of policy relating to competitive tendering and contracting; outsourcing the private financing initiative, including in-house bids and management buy-outs versus commercial tendering; the issues of competitive neutrality; methods of costing bids; human resources issues relating to transfer redundancy; contract management; reporting and transitional planning issues
